Phiela Temple  

After your Breakfast your expert tourguide will pick you up from your stay to go to Phiela temple ,one of the most preserved temple around Egypt .

we will drive to the port where we take a motorboat for 15 minutes till we get into the island to visit the temple. Explore Philae Temple which was dedicated to the goddess Isis. occupying about a quarter of the island, and enjoy its treasures, such as the first Chapel of Isis, the Chapel of god Osiris and the Temple of god Horus.

The Unfinished Obelisk

Unfinished Obelisk, that demonstrates the methods used to cut obelisks by the ancient Egyptians. This obelisk is most likely to belong to Queen Hatshepsut, one of the 18th Dynasty kings and the rightful wife of king Tuthmosis II. The magnificent temple of Philae was designed in honor of the island's supreme deity, Goddess Isis. The Philae Temple is situated in a beautiful location, landscaped to reflect the temple's original site when it was moved by UNESCO after the site was endangered by the construction of the Aswan Dam. There are many shrines and sanctuaries in the temple, including Trajan's Kiosk or Pharaoh's Bed. The temple also has beautiful arrangements for a light and sound show that can be enjoyed by travel enthusiasts.
